Once you submit an inquiry form, we’ll review your travel preferences and begin crafting the perfect itinerary tailored just for you. To get started, we do require a
$150 planning fee, which is fully applied to your final vacation payment—so it’s not an extra cost!
Why do we charge this? As travel agents, we only earn a commission after our clients
complete their trip. Since planning a vacation takes time and expertise, this fee ensures we can dedicate the attention and effort needed to create an incredible experience for you. It also helps prevent hours of work going unpaid if someone decides not to book. Rest assured, we’re committed to finding you the best destination, resort, and itinerary to make your trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to help you bring your dream vacation to life! ✨🌍🏝️
Our Planning Process:
✔ Proposal Creation
– After receiving your inquiry and planning fee, we’ll put together a customized proposal with a few vacation options based on your preferences.
✔ Feedback & Adjustments
– We’ll review your options together, make any necessary changes, and ensure the itinerary is exactly what you envision.
✔ Booking & Deposit
– Once we finalize your perfect vacation, we’ll send an invoice and collect the deposit. You can book a
Disney vacation with as little as $200 down and Sandals with as little as $98 per person. Final payments are due 30-60 days before travel.
✔ Pre-Travel Planning
– Between booking and departure, we’ll assist with Disney dining reservations, excursions, and any additional planning needs.
✔ Support While You Travel
– We’re available throughout your trip for any last-minute needs and will follow up after your return to hear all about your experience!

What destinations do you specialize in?
We specialize in Disney Vacation Planning, Sandals All-Inclusive Resorts for Adults and Beaches All-Inclusive Resorts for families. However, we have planned and will plan trips to other places as well. If you have something in mind, please send an inquiry and we are happy to chat!
Can you assist with travel arrangements for groups and destination weddings?
Absolutely! We love working with groups and can often times get discounts and special perks for groups depending on the size! Please reach out to discuss details
What type of support do you offer while we're on our trip?
We are available by e-mail or text all the way up until you get back from your vacation. We want to ensure your trip is as stress free and enjoyable as possible so we encourage you to reach out at any time if something is not going as planned.
Does it cost anything to utilize your planning services?
We get paid commission from destinations once you travel. We do not charge anything additional for our services. We do require a $150 planning retainer to get started - however, that is applied to your final payment for your vacation so it is not an additional cost.
